COVID-19 Restaurant Guidelines

If you feel unwell or have any coronavirus symptoms, you should not visit the restaurant under any circumstances.

We have made several changes to ensure everyone is as safe as possible and minimise the risk caused by Covid-19. Therefore, customers will be asked to follow certain guidelines when they are in the restaurant.

We will always try and seat customers with the maximum possible distancing available at that time. Where it is not possible to maintain a 2M gap, we will seat customers in accordance with the government guidelines on distancing inside a restaurant. Tables will also be cleaned and sanitised between customers.

When attending as part of a group, you should consider the following government guidelines on groups;

“Indoor gatherings should only be occurring in groups of up to 2 households (including support bubbles) while outdoor gatherings should only be occurring in groups of up to 2 households (or support bubbles), or a group of at most 6 people from any number of households.”

As part of our legal obligation towards test and trace, the lead member of the group will have to provide their contact details.

We recommend washing your hands or use hand sanitiser before being seated at your table.

Customers should always adhere to the one-way system set within the restaurant and always remain seated at the table (this includes requests, ordering and making payment), except when needing to use the washroom facilities.

To help prevent the spread of the virus, customers will be recommended to view the menu online before  they visit the restaurant or you can scan the QR code inside the restaurant to view the menu on your mobile device. However, a physical menu can be provided upon request.

Table times will be limited to 1 hour and 45 minutes (unless advised otherwise) from the time of your booking on Friday and Saturday nights only.

Thank you for your understanding in this difficult time and playing your part in keeping everyone safe.
